CONFIRMED: Morgan Wallen & Post Malone Dropping “I Had Some Help” Next Friday

Post Malone Morgan Wallen

FINALLY. Post Malone has been giving country music fans teaser after teaser (after teaser) ahead of his country music project, and now we finally have an official release date... for at least one of the songs that will be featured. There was a little bit of a spoiler yesterday when it was announced that "I Had Some Help" would be sent to country radio next week. Obviously, that meant that the song's official release would be sometime between now and next week. Thanks to a recent post by Post Malone and Morgan Wallen, we now know the new song will drop on May 10th. https://www.instagram.com/p/C6e0U9svb90/?igsh=MXZlaDFzazU4cm9kZw%3D%3D The picture that was used above appears to be a shot from the music video that will accompany the new song. Morgan Wallen and Post Malone were spotted filming for the "I Had Some Help" music video near the famous Joshua Tree Saloon last week. From the looks of it, the song will scream America, trucks, fireworks and beer. What more can we really ask for from Wallen and Posty?

And of course, though the official release will be on May 10th, Post Malone and Morgan Wallen shared the stage at Stagecoach and performed "I Had Some Help" to the country music crowd. We already know the sound and the vibe of the track, and with the perfectly timed release date next week, you can go ahead and sharpie this one as the song of the summer:

Tanya Tucker Rides Her Horse Down Broadway To Celebrate Opening Of New Nashville Pop-Up Bar

Tanya Tucker

Ridin' up and down Broadway on her ol' stud Leroy... Ok, the horse's name isn't Leroy, but Tanya Tucker did take her trusty steed for a ride down Broadway in Nashville today to celebrate the opening of her new pop-up bar. The country music icon partnered with Nudie's Honky Tonk for Tanya Tucker's Tequila Cantina, a pop-up bar on the second floor of the downtown venue inspired by the legend herself. The bar features Tucker's own tequila brand, Cosa Salvaje, as well as a curated menu for guests to pair with the cantina-inspired cocktails. And honestly it only makes sense that this would take place at Nudie's, which is named for renowned tailor to the stars Nudie Cohn, whose rhinestone-emblazoned "Nudie suits" have been worn by artists like Elvis Presley, Porter Wagoner, Glen Campbell, ZZ Top, and of course, Tanya Tucker. Tanya had previously expressed her excitement for the new venue: “I’m over the moon about Tanya Tucker's Tequila Cantina. It’s been a dream for several years to join the big boys on Broadway and Bill and Shannon Miller are making it all possible. They've done what no one else could do and I am so grateful. I can't wait for the grand opening on May 2. I will be there walking on air!!!!” Well it turns out she wasn't walking on air, but riding on a horse for the grand opening. Tucker saddled up and took her horse, a black Friesian Stallion named Lauwe the Magnificent, down Broadway from Bridgestone Arena to Nudie's, much to the delight of onlookers. Imagine being drunk off your ass at 3pm in Nashville and seeing Tanya Tucker riding a horse down the street. What a sight.

Woman Takes A Bowling Ball To The Dome In Brutal Miami Bowling Alley Brawl

bowling alley brawl

No one was spared in this bowling alley brawl. What do you think of when a classic trip to your local bowling establishment comes to mind? For me, it's the clattering and clanking of the pins, the smell of the shoe cleaner, and the worst $5 nachos (from a concession stand with no health rating) money can buy. I've never thought of it as the perfect place to settle a dispute, that is unless you are squaring something away with a winner-take-all game of bowling. But I must be alone in thinking that, because the people in this unhinged video went all out striking one another with bowling balls. There's no telling how many concussions and smashed toes came out of this bowling-ball-battle. Before we get too far into it, I'll give you a fair warning that the video is rather violent in nature. There's a lot of potential head trauma shown, so if that kind of stuff bothers you, feel free to split before you press play on the video. For those that don't mind diving into the gutter, please proceed. There's not a lot of explanation needed here. From the looks of it, a disagreement or former point of contention within a group escalated as they were at the bowling alley, and to put things simply, bowling balls were utilized as weapons. The lightest bowling ball most alleys carry is 6 pounds, and even that kind of weight could do some damage. With the form some of these balls were thrown with, I've got a feeling some heavier balls were being hurled. And I know I've already worked in a "split" pun once so far, but I'll go ahead and deploy another one. Splits in bowling are good, but splitting open your head while you are bowling is obviously bad. We hope the first woman that was hit with the bowling ball is okay, because she went down pretty hard after taking the bowling ball to the dome. Take a look: https://twitter.com/RadioGenoa/status/1785978564170395911 This went down in a bowling alley somewhere around Miami, Florida. Though the police were called, the people involved in the scary altercation were no longer on the scene when they arrived, and no arrests were made. That first throw, at least in my eyes, could easily warrant an assault charge. As you might imagine, the video is circulating on social media, and those online simply can't believe a bowling alley battle like this could happen: Bowling legend Pete Weber certainly wouldn't condone that kind of violent behavior at the bowling alley.

There’s Nothing More Beautiful Than An Entire Waffle House Drunkenly Singing Hank Williams Jr.’s “Family Tradition”

Hank Williams Jr. Waffle House

Waffle House is just a magical place. It would be hard to explain to somebody who had never been there exactly why Waffle House is one of America's greatest treasures. "Is it clean?" "No, it's kinda like a truck stop bathroom." "Is it gourmet food?" "No, the guy cooking definitely has a few felonies and a meth addiction." "Is it the staff?" "No, they'll definitely beat your ass if you look at them sideways." But at 3 AM, after a night of drinking, nothing tastes better than those smothered and covered hash browns cooked with love behind a greasy counter by a guy with a cigarette and an ankle monitor. And if you ever need to explain to somebody why Waffle House is such a magical place, just show them this video. Last year, Hank Williams Jr. made a stop in Tampa at the Midflorida Credit Union Amphitheater. And after the show, it looks like everybody there made a stop at (where else?) Waffle House. And in one of the greatest examples of Americans putting aside their differences and uniting together for a common cause that we've seen in a long time, the entire restaurant broke out into a beautiful chorus of "Family Tradition."

British Tourists Try Waffle House For The First Time

Is there anything more American than drunkenly eating Waffle House at 3 AM? Stumbling through those glass doors and sliding into that hard wooden booth after a night of partying, knowing that your future is about to be filled with smothered and covered hash browns made with love by a cook who may or may not have been smoking a cigarette and wearing an ankle monitor while he was standing at the grill? It's basically a rite of passage here in America. A pilgrimage made by millions of drunk college students and other degenerates every single night. And it's amazing. I mean, where else are you going to get an entire restaurant drunkenly breaking out into a Hank Williams Jr. song, while also knowing you're protected by a staff that will literally throw hands and dodge chairs to take care of their customers when shit inevitably hits the fan? Nowhere but the Waffle Home. And two British tourists recently got the experience for themselves - and had their minds absolutely blown. Josh Clarke is a TikTok creator from England who's built up quite a following here in America, trying all kinds of American foods and learning about all the weird shit we have - and do - over here in the new world. And he's currently on his first trip to America to get a look at our culture and our country for himself. Well of course no trip to America would be truly complete without a drunken trip to Waffle House, so when Josh and his travel buddy Jase found themselves hitting up the WaHo after a night of partying, I'm not sure that they were ready for what they were about to experience.

Both men went with the Texas bacon cheesesteak melt, along with a side of the famous hashbrowns. And when they went in for the kill, you can see the moment that their lives changed forever. "What's it taste like?" "Heaven." "That is some good shit. I don't know whether it's because I'm drunk, but this tastes incredible." "Really good. 10 out of 10." In fact it was so good that Jase was already ordering another round before he was done with his first one.

Welcome to America boys. Glad you're getting the true experience.

Hank Williams Jr. Details Pressure He Felt To Be Like His Father

I can't imagine the pressure that comes with being a famous person's child. Especially when the famous person passed away at a young age, and the child is expected to fill the parent's shoes and continue the legacy, just like Hank Williams Jr. had to do. As most know, Hank Williams passed away when he was only 29-years-old due to a long battle with alcohol and drug abuse, when Hank Jr. was only three-years-old. As soon as Hank Jr. turned five, he was pressured by his mother, Audrey Williams, and the rest of the country music world to become exactly like his father, and become the next Hank Williams. In an ABC 20/20 segment with Barbara Walters back in 1987, Hank Jr. detailed the struggles he faced while always being compared to his father growing up. "It was always 'Your daddy went through this stuff, and you'll have to go through it. We have to go through these things (booze and drugs)' ya know... depression, that's a big sport to a lot of these people I think. It was just drilled into me a lot." He discussed how he was already playing shows and covering his father's songs at an incredibly young age: "I was on the road when I was eight. When they came to see an eight to 10 year old it wasn't for his wonderful voice, it was because he was the son of Hank Williams. They were trying to give me a drink when I was 10 or 12, you know saying 'Hey give ol' Hank a little drink here,' the old steel player and everything." He was then asked if anybody ever told him he wasn't supposed to drink and take pills, and he responded: "No, the road wasn't ever like that. I grew up quick... I was in the hospital several times, all the way out. The pills, you know, the whiskey, and the whole thing. I was really rolling in it. I thought I was gonna die a couple times and it scared the heck out of me." He also weighed in on the pressure he felt from fans to be like his father, and if it didn't sound exactly like his father sounded, he would take heat for it: "They'd be like 'Sing Hey Good Lookin',' and I'd just be like, 'well I just sang it, you were just so drunk you didn't hear it or I'm just gonna do this other one.'" "Oh you little sore, your daddy would have..." "So that didn't go over too good... I punched one of 'em, in Salt Lake City and boy that felt good. It was driving me crazy. I had a psychiatrist tell me he said, 'Hey you've been living, talk like, act like, be like, sing like your daddy, your lifestyles exactly like his, and you're gonna be gone too.' I said 'To hell with this, I'm not putting up with this crap.'" That's when he decided at the age of 26 to go a completely different direction with his country music career, and become his own person, transforming into the Hank Jr. we all know and love, taking his influence from the likes of Jerry Lee Lewis and Ray Charles. He began to pursue a different sound that mixed together southern rock, the blues, and country music all into one. Nevertheless, it truly is hard to fathom the amount of pressure he felt on the daily growing up to become a spitting image of his father... but despite that pressure, he emerged a legend in his own right. https://youtu.be/YDKvBWPuYQM

Young Black Bears Have Backyard Wrestling Match In Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Bears fighting in backyard

Is it really a trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee if you don't see a black bear while you are there? The black bear is basically the mascot of the Great Smoky Mountains. If you've ever visited there and stayed, you probably saw little black bear statues and decorations all over your cabin. If you haven't been yet but plan on going (you should go), prepare yourself to see more black bear decor than you thought was possible. Millions of people visit Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park every year, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that. It's estimated that 13.3 million tourists travel to the national park per year, making it the most visited national park in the country (more than triple times the amount than the second-most-visited, the Grand Canyon). Keep that fun fact in your back pocket for trivia night. And if you are lucky, while you are there taking in the sights of the Great Smoky Mountains, you'll also feast your eyes upon a black bear... from a safe distance of course. A woman by the name of Martha Clabo recently went to the Smokies to celebrate her birthday, and on her special day, she was able to witness two young black bears having a wrestling match in the backyard of where she was staying. At least I think it was a wrestling match... maybe don't show your kids this just to be safe. The two smaller bears stood up on their hind legs multiple times in the encounter, biting and snarling at one another. It was a pretty even fight since both bruins appeared to be the same size. Neither one of them was giving up, and both were standing their ground. And thanks to Martha Clabo (happy belated birthday to her by the way), the bear brouhaha that broke out was captured on video for all of the world to see.
